What we do

Becoming a Loss Assessor offers an exciting and rewarding career path that combines investigative skills with the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Each day brings new challenges as you work on various claims, from fire and water damage to oil leaks and more.

The role demands critical thinking, negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

Most importantly, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you have made a difference by helping homeowners receive a fair settlement. You will transform stressful situations into positive outcomes.

If you thrive on problem-solving and want a career where you can genuinely help others, being a Loss Assessor is the perfect choice.

Why Choose Us

Our values:

  • Trust – we believe you will do the right thing.
  • Curiosity – we love the “how” and the “why” questions (they are what makes us good at our jobs).
  • Learn Fast – We don’t expect you to know everything – that’s why we believe in continuous development.
  • Ownership – with trust comes ownership. You will be encouraged to work on your own initiative (but will have support when you need it).
  • Support others – we are a team first. We expect to work in a safe environment. And we will respect you.
