I discovered a leak in my landing but couldn't understand where from (pipes? radiator? bathroom waterproofing?), so I contacted them - Neil came the day after, found it, and fixed the leaking lead pipe temporarily. The day after, they sent a plumber to replace it. Next, Greg took care of my insurance claim, which took a little over a month and a half. All I had to do was, explain my circumstances to them and gave them the details of my insurance policy. Next thing I know, the guy from the insurance came to assess the damage along with a person from PCLA. A few weeks later, I got the settlement.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without Jordan during what turned into a very long and stressful insurance claim.

The whole process was far more complicated and drawn out than it ever should have been, with so many mistakes, delays and issues caused by the assessor appointed by the insurer. There were incorrect and missing items on the scope of works, and communication was often extremely poor.

Jordan was brilliant throughout. He continually challenged the things that were wrong or missing and never seemed willing to simply accept an answer when something didn’t look right. He also kept chasing the insurer and pushing for answers when communication had completely broken down.

Most importantly, Jordan managed to get us a substantially better offer than the one we were initially given. Considering the difference between the original offer and what he eventually managed to achieve for us, we are incredibly grateful that we had him fighting our corner.

What could have been an even more overwhelming experience was made much easier knowing that Jordan was dealing with things, keeping on top of the insurer and making sure our interests were being properly represented.

He was always persistent, professional and genuinely committed to getting the right outcome for us. It was clear that he cared about the result .

We would absolutely recommend Jordan to anyone who finds themselves having to make an insurance claim, particularly if things become complicated or you feel you’re not being listened to. Having someone knowledgeable and persistent on your side really does make a huge difference.
